And clearing the bubbles is a task that has to be completed fairly quickly, as two new rows of bubbles are added on the board every 15 seconds, and once a row of bubbles passes a certain line, you have to restart the level. Another thing to keep in mind is the fact that, at the bottom of the screen, there are pockets that have numbers on them, and after you manage to detach the bubbles from the stack, they can fall in either one of these, granting you a certain amount of points.
